Are you an impending or recent graduate passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Do you have a knack for empathizing, listening, and guiding others through life's challenges? As a Therapist at gokc, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to providing top-notch therapy, supervision & small business development. Whether you're fresh out of grad school or have a few years of experience under your belt, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, compassion, and a drive to excel as an impactful support to the KC community.

What We're Looking For:
1. Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
2. Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
3. Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
4. Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to counseling.
5. Commitment to ongoing professional development, ethical practice & effective therapy within a private practice setting.
