One of our top values: Connection

Every assessment, leadership development and personality quiz I've ever taken results in the fact that I value meaningful connection more than most anything else. With myself (all parts). With others. With nature. My introverted self often fantasizes and plans details about a tiny off-grid cabin (with a river, mountain and ocean view...you know, basics). Although, I do want that space and opportunity some day I continue to learn that the magnetism of this plan is all about connection. And that I'll need people I cherish and enjoy with me along the way.


What is Nature Therapy?

For us, Nature Therapy (or Eco-therapy) is all about finding ways to intentionally connect through nature. Making time in green space (parks, trails or your backyard garden) allows us to all slow down from our modern world filled with screen-time, limitless deadlines & technology overload. Specifically, nature therapy allows us to heal from anxiety, depression, trauma & relationship difficulties by slowing us down and re-vitalizing our connection to the natural world.
